121 Nutritional Therapy Program

This transformational personalised programme is for female entrepreneurs whose businesses have started to get really busy over the past year or so, and being so hectic with their business and home life is causing their emotional and physical health to suffer.

The women I work with on this programme simply aren’t taking proper care of themselves anymore. They’re fed up with being tired all the time, and they hate the fact that they’re often snappy with their partner, children and loved ones. They pretty much live off of caffeine and/or sugar and little sleep, and their lifestyle as it is just isn’t sustainable in the long term.

They absolutely love running their business but they know that they NEED to make changes and take better care of themselves, because the only other option is going back to an employed role in the corporate world – which they absolutely do not want to do!

You could be a great fit for this programme if you’re done with feeling permanently shattered, overly emotional and irritable. You know you need to make changes and take better care of yourself, but you don’t know where to start and you feel overwhelmed with the thought of having to figure it all out on your own.

I don’t do quick fixes, shakes or magic pills. These are not necessary in order to get the results this programme is designed to achieve, and the changes we make are specifically designed to fit in with YOUR lifestyle. This programme is entirely bespoke to the client, because there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to personal health and wellbeing!

In this fantastic, life-changing programme I’ll work with you one-to-one over the course of six weeks to take you from tired, stressed, lacking in self-esteem and having no time for yourself, to feeling full of energy, having the mental clarity to really focus on yourself AND your business, and achieving a balance that allows time not just for work and family, but for YOU too.

I am fully confident that in just the first week or so, you’ll start waking up feeling ready to take on the day with the energy and focus you need to be super productive, WITHOUT relying on sugar and caffeine to prop you up.

So, what’s involved? How does the programme work?

During this transformational one-to-one programme (which is like no programme I’ve ever heard of or seen before) we’ll work via a combination of written assignments and Zoom calls for six weeks to totally transform your approach to nutrition and lifestyle.

These are the steps we’ll take when working together…

Once you’ve signed up and before we even get on a call, I’ll ask you to complete a detailed nutritional health questionnaire which includes a three-day food diary. We will then have our first Zoom session which lasts for 90 minutes, during which we’ll dive deep into your health history, where you are now and the symptoms you’re struggling with, as well as talking through your food diary.

  1. During the first 60 minutes of our first call: The first hour is all about you! We’ll clarify what your goals are for the programme, what you’re currently doing, what needs to change and your family and medical history. The more I know (and I will ask you A LOT of questions) the better I can support you, which is why I really like to delve deep.
  2. During the remaining 30 mins of the call: This will be spent talking through my initial recommendations for you and how you can fit them into your lifestyle as it currently is. This isn’t a “go away with a strict diet and stick to it!” kind of programme. I won’t dictate what you have to do. Instead, I’ll work with you to find ways to make small tweaks and changes that are not only realistic, but will turn into sustainable habits in the long term.

Within 24 hours of our first Zoom session, I’ll write up and send you a detailed bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan based on what we’ve spoken about in the session, along with an action plan for you to focus on for the first week.

Your bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan focuses on these five areas:

  1. Nutritional Recommendations: I’ll make recommendations for eliminating foods that deplete you and introducing more of those that will nourish and support your body, based on what we discussed on the call. We will not be taking away any food that you love, because this isn’t sustainable in the long term, but instead we’ll focus on combining your food loves with more of the food that nourishes you. Supplements, where appropriate based on nutritional deficiencies that need to be addressed, will be included if required – but food is the main focus!
  2. Exercise: I’ll make recommendations for how you can move your body more. This doesn’t just mean scheduled exercises, but also how you can move more day-to-day. The focus is on doing things you enjoy, so don’t fret – I won’t be making you do anything you don’t feel ready or able to do because again, this isn’t sustainable in the long term.
  3. Emotional Wellbeing: This part is just as important as nutrition and exercise, because stress has such a dramatic negative impact on your health and wellbeing. I’ll make recommendations on how you can find time in your busy schedule to relax and recharge – and I’ll help you figure out how to prioritise it too.
  4. Pampering: Yes I know this seems self-indulgent, but specifically making time to do things just for you that make you feel good on the outside has a huge impact on how you feel on the inside. This could mean something as simple as scheduling a weekly at-home spa treatment such as a relaxing bath and face mask, or taking a day off each month to have your hair and nails done and go shopping for new clothes. Anything that makes you feel good on the outside will lift you up on the inside, and this in turn will make you want to show up in your business AND life. I’ll help you learn how to do all of this 100% guilt-free, because there’s no point making time for yourself if you’re just going to feel bad for doing so!
  5. Connection: Finally, I’ll help you take a deep look at how connected you feel to yourself and others, and what you need to do to be able to process and deal with your emotions instead of pushing them down until you explode.

We’ll have weekly check-in Zoom sessions over the remaining five weeks of the programme, which will give you the chance to talk through what’s working and what we may need to change. I will of course be supporting and holding you accountable for those changes. At the end of each weekly session, we will agree on new action points so we can build on the changes you make each week. You will leave each call feeling confident about exactly what you need to do and how to do it, and you’ll see significant changes to your emotional and physical health as each week progresses.

Note you’ll have unlimited access to me via messenger for any questions you may have Monday to Friday, and the occasional weekend when urgent. I know some questions just can’t wait and I’d rather you asked me then felt stuck and didn’t do it!

What’s the investment?

The investment for this transformational programme is £1,500 and there is a payment plan available.

Considering the difference this can make to your energy levels, productivity and focus, not to mention your self-esteem and confidence (which all directly impact your own ability to make money in your business) it’s a small investment in yourself and should be a no-brainer. You are 100% worth it!

It’s not a one-size fits all approach and you absolutely will NOT have to give up any of the things you love and just eat salads – partly because it just isn’t sustainable, and who wants to live like that anyway?!

Anything else you should know?

Everyone who has worked with me on this and put in 100% effort has gone on to get the results they desired within the six weeks of the programme, but often much more quickly than that.
