Sometimes you just need the taste of something sweet! And this chocolate brownie is a great guilt-free option which is packed with healthy nutrients.
Healthy Chocolate Brownie Recipe
115g sweet potato, cooked and mashed
85g unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp baking powder
115g spelt flour
170g melted grassfed butter
- Heat the oven to 180C.
- Grease and line a cake tin.
- Melt the butter and mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Blend together sweet potato, honey, egg and butter.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and pour mixture into the greased cake tin.
- Bake for 20-25 mins.
