Healthy Homemade Muesli

Shop bought muesli is often full of sugar, so I prefer to make my own! This muesli is packed full of nutrients and is so easy to make you’ll wonder why you never did it before.

NUTRIENT PACKED SUGAR-FREE MUESLI (Makes a pot)

3 cups of GF oats
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of sunflower seeds
3/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup ground chia seeds

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and store in an air tight jar.
  2. Use 4-5 tablespoons to serve with greek yoghurt and a tablespoon of raw honey for added sweetness.
